Dr. Sebti is a recognized international expert with more than 30 years of experience in environmental and industrial project management. His work spans a wide range of areas, including environmental impact assessments, facility audits, divestments and acquisitions, sustainable development, and renewable energy. A former consultant for BRGM and UNESCO, he founded ETTYKS Environnement in 2014. Today, his expertise is sought by multinationals, leading European corporations, and international institutions to ensure environmental compliance in large-scale infrastructure projects, industrial investments, and climate-related policies across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

His core expertise covers health and environmental risk assessment, regulatory compliance, remediation management, ecological restoration, and international due diligence. He is also highly experienced in leading stakeholder consultations for the development of strategic frameworks and the implementation of innovative, sustainable solutions.

Dr. Sebti holds a PhD in Environmental Hydrogeology from Sorbonne Paris VIUniversity, a master’s degree in computer environmental sciences from the ÉcoleNationale des Mines de Paris, and a Euromed certification in Business the National School of Mines of Paris, and certification Management. Building on this solid academic background and extensive international experience, he brings both rigor and vision to ensure the efficiency and long-term sustainability of the projects he oversees.
